Receptionist - warm and welcoming. Tech - sweet, caring and guided me step by step. Dr. Martin - the TOTAL opposite! Briefly asked me about my pain and jumped into the normal pricking on my teeth. I was obviously in discomfort, then started a series of tests on me without warning, no talking me through just started with having me bite down on something, then hit my tooth so hard with an instrument, thought my tooth shattered! Dr. Martin was able to perform a root canal as I was referred to him by my dentist - in an emergency - the same day. My pain was totally relieved and he was excellent in his manner of communicating, setting expectations, and his knowledge. His practice and staff are just top notch!
Considering a root canal is the last thing anyone would look forward to, this doctor did a great job of making sure I was relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. His staff is professional, and he's compassionate and very clear with his assessments prior to going to work on repairing what's wrong with your tooth.
