I had my second session with my therapist, I've seen other therapist before and I didn't feel comfortable with then but with my therapist now I'm able to talk to him about anything and he listens and gives me ideas on how to deal with my stress and even gave me some exercises to do, I was feeling very restless when I went to bed tonight for the past 3 hours I was tossing and turning getting up it was horrible and I remembered the exercise he gave me, they worked like a charm thank you so much, I can't wait to get my surgery ... read more
