As a prior patient I felt extremely uncomfortable with this doctor. My experience raised concerns regarding diagnostic consistency and treatment approach. I was treated with nerve blocks for nerve pain, yet an EMG—intended to objectively evaluate nerve function—was not properly integrated into the diagnostic process. Dr Tang is impressive! He was highly recommended by my RA doctor . I found him to be professional, personal and thorough. He explained his findings in a manner that I clearly understood. He treated me respectfully and with empathy. Dr Tang has a great bedside manner. His sense of humor made for a wonderful experience.
My recent EMG with Dr. Tang was a surprisingly positive experience, especially considering my initial apprehension. Dr. Tang has an outstanding bedside manner – he was funny, patient, incredibly informative, and truly put me at ease right away. He thoroughly explained each step, which helped tremendously. The procedure itself was remarkably tolerable and not nearly as uncomfortable as I had anticipated, a testament to his skill.
Dr Tang is very knowledgeable, personable and funny! Good experience. Would highly recommend him.
