Dr. Ivey is thorough, patient and caring. She listens to her patients.
The receptionist at the desk is very RUDE! She did not explain to me in the beginning when I made the appointment that I was suppose to fill out paperwork prior to and if I didn't fill out the paperwork that I had to show up 45 minutes prior to my appointment. Then she wanted to argue with me that she did tell me. If you are not customer friendly... YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE A JOB AS A RECEPTIONIST!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE.
