Best Neuro Ever. I have MS.
Office staff is incredibly rude and condescending. A reminder to them that patients are paying customers. As such, they are to provide assistance rather than expect patients to understand everything and help themselves. Unfortunately, I'm unaware of other Chinese speaking Parkinson's doctor offices, so there is little other choice of where to go for medical service. Will continue to see this doctor and update my reviews on doctor's bedside manner and customer service improvement.
