I have been a patient of Dr. Ro’s since he opened his practice at Emory Johns Creek Hospital Physicians’ Plaza. Along with his outstanding Office Manager, LaShonda, they have provided excellent “family doctor” health care to ease me into my 80’s. Last Christmas, I contracted Covid and was able to seek immediate help from Dr. Ro, even though the office was closed for the holiday. His diagnostic skills are remarkable and I am impressed how current he is with new technologies and treatments.
We have an exceptional doctor who has treated and guided us for 8+ years. We are grateful to have found Dr. Ro and his staff. They are great listeners and patient friendly. He is professional and scientific in his approach to good health.
Dr. Ro's true concern for his patients shows in so many ways. He is in touch with his patients both in and out of the office. I even had to call him once when the office was closed for a week. He spends all of the time the patient needs to question and understand their medical details. He has also given us pertinent medical news ahead of other doctors. I highly recommend him.
I just completed my annual physical with Dr. Ro and was pleased with the thoroughness of his exam. He is diligent in keeping me up with shots and is cognizant of new ones coming on the market. Dr. Ro is very well versed in current medical topics and is an excellent diagnostician. My only complaint is that he is not taking new Medicare patients as my wife would love to see him. His office staff, Lashonda and Caroline are friendly and efficient.
You will NEVER find a Doctor like Dr. Ro. I believe he has an 'old soul' for medicine and works within the modern element. He is amazing, caring and thorough. LaShonda and Christine add a refined beauty and grace to the office as well as an extremely calming effect on all that walk through the door. They all work very hard to meet the many needs of their patients. They are all a trusted and very much loved part of my 'extended family'.

Dr Jun Ro is the epitome of excellence. My wife and I have been seeing him for 7 years and he remains consistently committed to his patients. He has called us at home to look in on us, to make sure we were progressing well. He is cutting edge on technology and has electronic means a forwarding all our medications. The incredible thing we have always experienced is his genuine desire to get to the bottom of things. His staff, LaShonda and Caroline, also demonstrate kindness and professionalism.
