Very hateful, disrespectful, and flat out uncouth. I would highly suggest you save yourself a lot of stress, and heartache by just finding another doctor.
I went to dr. Olaya for 2 years promising me a MRI of my back. I had two back surgeries two weeks apart have a lot going on in my back and never got the MRI so I had to fire him I do not recommend this doctor. God bless him
