The office is pretty incompetent, changing PCP away from her after my first visit.
Dr Namako is my PCP for year and a half and I have been happy with my care. She always takes the time to hear me out and tends to lean on the side of caution. I can get an appointment fairly easy and the staff has been nice.
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had from Dr. Nimako to the office staff. The phone system was broken when I first bevy’s patient— I should have listened to my gut then. I have NEVER had a doctor that doesn’t call a patient personally with lab results if there are any concerns. Only interested in setting up office visits to charge you more. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you see her name run in the other direction!!
