Had a 9:00 a.m. appt. I arrived a few minutes before 9. Was promptly brought back to the exam room around 9:05. The nurse took all my vitals and left the room. I sat in the exam room until 10:00, with no one ever coming in. I got up and left. No apologies and not a care in the world by the staff. I just waisted 1.5 hrs of my day and they didn't care a bit. Adios!!
