The staff is horrible , I was getting allergy shots for 3 months ( 6 month dose ) but my insurance changed I gave them my new carrier information over a month before my next shot because they needed a new pre auth from the current carrier, they never submitted it, I received an email with a appointment reminder so I called the office at least 12 times before anyone answered to see if my pre auth was approved since I got a appointment reminder and they said they had just submitted it the day before that’s right 2 days before ... read more
