The coldest rudest incompetent Dr. She redid a biopsy three times on my Mom due to continuously botching it. The last one resulted in perforating stomach and bowel and still didn’t manage to collect a usable biopsy. She then stated she knows Mom has cancer and that a hysterectomy needs to be done despite the fact that no results have been obtained. How does she still have a job? Unprofessional and non existent decorum. Reception was welcoming.
In the year since my referral to her, I have been seen ONCE. Every single appointment I have ever made has been rescheduled. The only reason I even got in to see her the once is because someone else canceled their appointment and I was able to take the open slot very last minute. I will be requesting a new doctor who instills trust, because I can definitely no longer trust Dr. Ryckman to take my health needs seriously.
Dr. Ryckman is the most caring , compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I know and I've had alot. Someone who actually takes the time to listen and takes pride in her patient care . Thank you for everything you do to make a difference in this world .
