I had a wonderful experience at this GP clinic. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and warm, which made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor is truly caring and provides exceptional care. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely looked after and supported. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.
My first time here Staff is very good and polite, but I had a bad experience with Dr. Julie Ong she wasn’t very welcoming and friendly and a negative attitude towards me, so I left without treatment and went some where else. She was suppose help to but I ended up leaving stressed, I wouldn’t recommend her to any one.
Dr Ong is very rude and made me feel like not opening up to discuss my actual issues and concerns. Will be going somewhere else from now on.
