I was a patient for 7 yrs and thought I had a good match with Dr. MacPhee. Unfortunately, that stopped on 7/2026. I requested a visit to discuss my severe insomnia (maybe 2-3 hours sleep a night) and accepted an appointment 3 weeks from my call, confirmed that appointment the Fri before, and it was canceled by the dr 2 days prior. Had to wait almost 2 wks to get in. Had a good visit, ordered blood work, she said she would call me the next day. 2 days came and went. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone especially my senior population!!! I found this Dr. to be uninformed, & aloof when it came to the care & treatment of my mother. The lack of communication & concern displayed to my mother was appalling and disrespectful. I didnt feel that treatment was a priority for my SENOIRS at this office. I felt that my mother health concerns were ignored and overlooked. My experience has been a good one. Dr. Julie McPhee is an excellent primary care physician. She listens to all of my concerns and addresses each of them. She never seems to be in a big rush like so many physicians are these days. So, I am very pleased with my service at this facility.
