Wonderful physician. She really takes her time and never rushes you. Always promptly replies to questions if I had to call. Would absolutely recommend!
The whole experience was a negative one. I waited almost an hour in a tiny room before I saw the actual doctor, who nonchalantly began talking about "women with my condition typically..." to which I had to stop her mid sentence because she had neglected to tell me I had been diagnosed with this condition, which is something life altering. Her response was 'oh I thought you knew' and continued on. Also sent my prescription to the wrong place and scheduled labs for me that I didn't need.
Dr. Sroga was nice but my daughter's experience in utilizing Lupron to preserve her ovarian function through this office was a nightmare riddled with inefficiencies. The responsibility of obtaining the drug is placed on the patient. For a patient undergoing chemotherapy at a young age, 26 years, to save ovarian function and relying on this doctor's office to fax and send the appropriate forms was just too much to take and resulted in my daughter missing a shot by 7 days. Do Research!
