I cannot say enough about this doctor. She's what a doctor is supposed to be, knowledgeable, caring, engaged and willing to go the extra mile. Best Oncologist around!
Not only a wonderful doctor, but one of the kindest people I have met.
During my breast cancer, thru a set of unavoidable issues, I had 3 Oncologists. Dr. Gill was the BEST of the 3. She spent a great deal of time with me on my 1st visit, time that she didn't necessarily have to spend. It was so appreciated because I was going thru some very painful personal things at the time, also. She is very knowledgeable and up to date while at the same time having a wonderful 'bedside' manner. Dr Gill has never failed to personally review every MRI/CT film I've had taken. She returns calls promptly and phones within two days with test results. Her education and fellowships are impressive. It is obvious that she is very knowledgable about current treatments for the cancer patient. The fact that she is friendly and down-to-earth make me especially greatful to have her as my oncologist.
She treated my wife when she was battling brain cancer. We found her to be compassionate and willing to go the extra mile in providing treatment and support. When I was diagnosed with lung cancer seven years ago I asked her to accept me as a patient and she has shown the same characteristics in treating me. I would recommend her to anyone. She practices with a group that has varied specialties in cancer treatment so there's a lot of support there, also.
