Dr.Ortman was very rude,my optometrist,referred this place, I waited over an hour to be seen,she was in room less than 2 minutes,and said I have to go do a procedure on another patient,I was thinking are you serious?? She's very rude....
She's the best opthalmologist in south eastern Ohio...hands down.

Punctual and easy to talk with about eye issues.
I e-mailed and never heard anything back. I had a cataract removed and there is still cataract in my eye. Which has to have a laser procedure to remove. Why didn't all the cataract get removed. This another bill I will have to pay. I am having headaches over my eye, the eye twitches how. Still very gritty and very annoying. I am following all instructions. I don't go back until August 25.
