Diagnosed me with macular degeneration, a disease which results in blindness, then couldn't find it in her notes. I DO NOT have macular degeneration.
Prompt and courteous office staff. Dr. Bullard was a pleasure to interact with and I would highly recommend her without any hesitation.
Told me my eye was perfectly fine when my upper lid is completely red and not fixed at all. Her tone of voice personally made me feel like I shouldn’t even ask her to take another look, and now I have to look for another doctor. It’s upsetting.
I came to Dr. Julie Stewart Bullard due to eye lid issue, and it was one of the best experiences ever! When going to a new place, you never know how you will be treated - or what kind of service you will get. Starting from the from the person at the desk, Julia Anne, and even the office manager Kim S., I felt very welcomed. Dr. Bullard did an amazing job - her office was a class act and I can’t say how much I appreciate them. I got my issue taken care of and I would recommend them for any eye service you might need!
After over a month of trying to get new glasses, I left and had to go to another eye center! The first pair was wrong and made me dizzy! They said prescription had changed from time of exam til glasses came back from lab, due to dry eyes at time of first exam...acceptable explanation...took new assessment and back to lab we go for another 2 weeks.
