The front office staff are welcoming and nice. Dr. Foote was knowledgeable and I felt like she really wanted to help me. She was easy to talk to and very thorough. I felt safe and cared for. I’m so happy I found Dr. Foote. We have a plan and I’m excited about feeling better.
This woman took over my "care" after I moved to the area. She insisted that I needed steroids in addition to my thyroid medication. She put me in a room with her and her assistant and reduced me to tears. As I was leaving her office, she and her assistant were laughing and pointing at me as if it were a game. That was 15 years ago. I see someone else now, and still don't need steroids. This woman should have her medical license revoked.
If I could give her negative stars I would. I went to her because I was having thyroid problems. She did blood work and looked at a old ultrasound of my thyroid from when I was 17 (I’m 25 now) and said “well you have spots on your thyroid but your blood work doesn’t match with the ultrasound” she literally did nothing. I want to a different better specialist and they said she should have caught that I have Hashimoto thyroid disease and she didn’t. She’s a horrible doctor. Don’t go to her.
This whole year and half of treatment by her has been extremely frustrating. I have never encountered a medical professional with such terrible bed side manners and overall disregard for the patient. I’m happy to say that I will never step foot in her clinic again and will never have to deal with her or her rude staff. Whatever you do, heed the warning from me and some many others, you will be her absolute last priority and that statement is actually not even close to the lack of consideration you’ll get in her “care”.
