I have been a patient at office for years. It upsets me that I had to spend an hour unnecessarily inside a heslth care facility for two lab appointments. I ve telehealth with my PA instead of going in person as I ve been diligent taking precautions against Covid . I like the Health care professionals at the office but lglitches like this are upsetting .
Had a lab appt scheduled for weeks. When I got there I signed in and waited with another signed in patient for quite a while. There weee two lab assistants. After thirty minutes I went to door and was told ,”Oh , I didn’t know anyone was out there “ I would expect one of them to either check sign in sheet or waiting room for potential patients .
