Very thorough, caring and polite. The whole staff. Overall experience was great
I was so impressed with the level of service I received at Dr. Cupps office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Cupp took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Highly recommended!
Ebony , Lyla, and Dr cupp had a way of putting me at ease. Ebony was at the front desk and she was such a delight! It almost felt like we were friends catching up on old times! Lyla was so patient with me and listened to everything I had to say! Such a kind smile too! Dr Cupp had a way of being professional but still made me feel comfortable!
