dr,cheng never respond left many voicemails never receive them back..worst place for kids!
My daughter had an appointment, husband so sick she's been, in and out of the hospital several times in the last few weeks! I hear these comments about how understanding Dr Cheng is! But she refuses to see my sick daughter,

My sister missed an appointment due to a family emergency and they asked for a charge and they wanted e-transfer otherwise they don’t reschedule and I told them I will pay in person but they are ignoring me I have been trying to book an appointment with them for 2 weeks now my sister is really sick and they don’t pick up their phone and we leave voice messages and still they don’t respond I don’t recommended Don’t waste ur time
She is such a kind and understanding doctor who is very down to earth . Hoping to resolve my daughter's issues with her hard work
