I was in the Army for 25 years and had to see several ophthalmologists to help address my dry eyes and complications from Sjogren’s. Dr. Tokarev is so kind and expresses genuine concern for your condition and your quality of life. He takes as much time as needed during appointments to understand your symptoms and answer all of your questions. Got left high and dry! No one ever called me to schedule my surgery then found out he left the practice!
Was referred here by White Wilson urgent care. Appointment was made and confirmed 3 times. 3 weeks later was called the day before appointment and was told they are too busy and understaffed and will not honor or reschedule appointment. Told me to find another doctor but would not help with that. Very rude and uncaring about the fact that I have an ongoing issue that has now progressed an extra 3 weeks.
Dr.Tokarev, is a great eye Doctor he's great with all his patients .young and old from many walks of life,thanks for all yu do and say.God 🙌 bless
