I was referred to this clinic approximately seven months ago and, during that time, received no updates or communication. After following up myself, I was informed that my referral had only just been located. The following day, I received a message stating that no appointments could be offered to me. No explanation. I just had the best experience with a specialist ever. He was down to earth funny and made me feel really relaxed.
Pretty unprofessional to be honest. Was chastised for not completing documentation. When I asserted I had not received them via email I was ridiculed. Went back and checked again and checked spam folder and no email was delivered. Doctor I was seeing was changed without notice. My appointment was cancelled and changed to a different date/time with no consultation with myself whatsoever. Unfortunately Dr Julian Rodrigues was rude and arrogant resulting in a distressing wasted appointment.
Out of ignorance we persisted with Dr Rodrigues for a few years, paying him thousands of dollars over that time. Initially we were prepared to put up with his dismissive manner in the hope he would provide some lasting beneficial treatment for my wife’s Parkinson’s disease. From our experience he did not. Our final interaction with him left my wife highly distressed and in tears and was met with a complete absence of compassion from Dr Rodrigues.
