Very poor experience. Treatment entirely unprofessional and appalling.
I had heard concerns from several people about Dr Rodriguez’s behaviour and the way he treats patients especially after reading his reviews, but I chose to keep an open mind. Unfortunately, after seeing someone very close to me go through their own experience, I regret not taking those concerns more seriously. Regardless of someone’s qualifications or expertise, every patient deserves to be treated with respect, compassion and professionalism. Stay away from this place, at all costs!!!! After seeing this specialist since 2020 and attending his headache clinic I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. I had an appointment with him that I booked months ago. When I was waiting in the office to see him, another lady came in and said 'Dr. Rodriguez will not be seeing you today, he has referred you to the headache clinic.
