Took over two months to hear anything back from this clinic. Terrible triage process, only to be told they can't offer an appointment at this time via a text message with zero reasoning. You're dealing with people in chronic pain. Do better.
We arrived at the doctor's room before time for a 1245 appointment. We were told Dr Rodriguez was running an hour late. Off for a coffee then back and wait and wait and wait. We were the only people in the waiting room A lady came in and a couple, still waiting, the lady went in and we were informed that the doctor would not be able to see us today, this was at 3:15 Reason given was the doctor had to see someone in the hospital and wouldn't have time for new patients. $10.20 for parking after 40 minutes drive not to see anyb... read more
My father recently was consulted by Dr. Rodrigues. Not only is the waiting and booking process long and unreliable. But Dr. Rodrigues was nothing but absolutely arrogant, rude and disrespectful to my father who is suffering from neurological conditions who was nothing but kind and hopeful for some advice from the Dr. Hopefully you are able to steer away from this clinic and find a substitute. Couldn't recommend less.
I was referred to this clinic approximately seven months ago and, during that time, received no updates or communication. After following up myself, I was informed that my referral had only just been located. The following day, I received a message stating that no appointments could be offered to me. No explanation. No apology.
