My daughter Nikki has scoliosis and she wore a brace for 4 years. Her curvature stayed steady and didn't increase despite those being her prime growing years. After receiving a Scoliosis diagnosis for our daughter and being repeatedly told we were still on the waitlist at ACH we did our own research and found Dr Mendes. I will be forever grateful for his support and help. My daughter just completed her bracing protocol and avoided potential surgery. Dr Mendes was so kind and polite and made my daughter feel comfortable at every visit. I highly recommend Dr Mendes.

My husband and I visited Dr. Mendes a few months ago. We visited him with a known minor scoliosis issue and a lot of lower back pain for my husband. He is an adult (35 year old male) and he told Dr. Mendes that all we care about is for the pain to go away.
