I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hernandez since he began practicing in Jacksonville at Crestview. Unlike many doctors where appointments take weeks to schedule, Dr. Hernandez makes himself accessible. He explains things in a way you can understand and truly talks with you, not at you—and that makes all the difference.
Years ago, I wrote Dr. Hernandez a bad review that was not true. I had a lot of trauma in my life and mental health issues that didn’t help me see clearly. I’m here to right that wrong. The office staff is terrible. Sometime it take 5 or 6 calls over days to get refills. They are rude and very unprofessional.
Funny and always listens to concerns. Great staff and very kind people.
