I was recommended to see Dr. Tiernan by my current PCP. When I called the office and pushed the prompt to make an appt. I was immediately put on hold (without any human interaction). After 3 minutes of holding a women abruptly said "can I help you"? I informed her I was recommended to see the doctor and she abruptly stated the doctors scheduled out until October for new patients. I said OK,and then their was along silence, the voice asked did you still want to schedule? No, I don't think so. That is the worst front desk/oper... read more
