Dr. Julia Smirnova is sweet and lovely
The receptionist is not professional at all, very rude and classist. Turns out the plan we had was not accepted by this practice and she said the plan my friend had was for “poor” people in a very demeaning way. There are always better ways to communicate information to people than that.
Doctor Julia Smirnova is excellent dentist. She is very friendly and it makes it pleasure to seat in the dentist chair. Her staff is very friendly too. Office is very clean, comfortable. Location in Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park is very convenient. They have two store free garage. Public transportation: bus 159 local stops right there. Express 2 minutes away. Recommend everyone.
To a huge surprise, she performs manipulations without informing the patient. She did the procedure I have never asked for. Be careful. Big disappointment.
