I’m sure Dr. Gillian is great, but her front desk sure isn’t. I called to schedule an appointment and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she said that they aren’t accepting new patients. I said their website said they were, and she interrupted me again and said they were announcing their retirement and hung up.
Dr. Julia is incredibly caring and attentive. She takes the time to sit down and truly listen, using her knowledge to provide the right treatment. She is very patient, genuinely cares about her patients, and always offers helpful suggestions. I felt comfortable sharing my health concerns with her, which means a lot. Highly recommended—she is truly one of a kind. Thank you for making me feel heard and at ease.
Have been seeing Dr. Gillean for almost 20 years. She is uniquely friendly, caring, competent and takes time to look at your situation and explains things in a very clear way. I have never once felt like I was a box she was checking off in her schedule. Wouldn't go elsewhere. She's great.
