Julia has saved me. I've dealt with chronic pain for more than 20 years, and she has given me the tools and knowledge to help myself be pain free. She's wonderful to work with. Responsive and caring. And she just does an amazing job.
Julia is the most amazing therapist! She truly listens and is always here when I need. I have been working with her for a couple months and my pain has dramatically decreased. I no longer wake up every day in pain and have even started power walking for up to 45 minutes 5-6 days a week. Julia is hands on, gives you homework to follow and is the best cheerleader to have on your side because she is passionate and extremely knowledgeable!
It was so quick and simple to feel better! I didn't expect that after my first visit, I would learn few exercises that right away give me so much relief. My low back gave out and my MD told me I likely have a herniated disk. I didn't need an MRI and Dr. Cherner evaluated me, and prescribed a couple movements that made it all better. Honestly, I didn't expect it to last, but it's been 6 months and I've been pain free!
