Dr. Mullen, I just tried to schedule an appointment with you. They said you're no longer taking new patients. I know I would be a new patient at that office but I was your patient at think whole health. I would love to be a patient again. I need a second opinion. I feel like I'm getting the runaround and you were always very helpful
Nursing staff is short with patients and unhelpful. Will be looking for a new doctor.

I loved Dr. Mullin until this last trip where I’m trying to discuss the pain and movement limitations. She said she’d refer me to a rheumatologist. Didn’t happen. I messaged asking if it could be related to my scoliosis I was diagnosed with at 8 getting worse. I get a message in my portal say “may call customer” so I message the portal again saying this is serious and I can’t handle small amount of weight and can’t move on certain directions.
