The worst the staff ever ,never see any offices many unprofessional staff at all specially those ladies involved in the schedule specially Cynthia Medina the surgery coordinator i highly recommend do not bother to go tobthat medical facilities in all cost i already reported them to California medical board and to my insurance company and also due to lack of professionalism and malpractice I got my lawyer involved
I couldn't believe it those people they're really hungry for MONEY 🤑 I hope the receptionist who answered me would never have a heath problem with her Dad. I try to resched an appointment for my Dad she was only worried about charge me $50 for not showing off my Dad he's a senior and he doesn't even work I can't not leave this
Patients beward. He's a nontalker. He still uses finger test for enlarged prostate, then told me to come back for a cystourethroscopy test then he told me to come back for a biopsy BUT never asked me if I have a PSA blood test. My PSA=1 a few months prior. Never need for a prostate biopsy for prostate cancer for such a low PSA score. On October 24, 2025, my 18-month-old child was seen by Jules Perle. I am leaving this detailed review as I am my son’s advocate. During the appointment, I encountered several unprofessional behaviors: 1. The staffs rude behavior, including responding to questions with an attitude without a valid reason. 2. Dr. Perley displayed sarcasm and unprofessionalism.
