Patients beward. He's a nontalker. He still uses finger test for enlarged prostate, then told me to come back for a cystourethroscopy test then he told me to come back for a biopsy BUT never asked me if I have a PSA blood test. My PSA=1 a few months prior. Never need for a prostate biopsy for prostate cancer for such a low PSA score. On October 24, 2025, my 18-month-old child was seen by Jules Perle. I am leaving this detailed review as I am my son’s advocate. During the appointment, I encountered several unprofessional behaviors: 1. The staffs rude behavior, including responding to questions with an attitude without a valid reason. 2. Dr. Perley displayed sarcasm and unprofessionalism. DO NOT Go to this Office! Avoid it at all costs. They are the worst and never do what they say they will. The nurses and receptionist are rude and hang up on you. My husband had to go to 3 visits and they couldn’t find resolution to his problem they just wanted him to come back for a check over and over. We finally went to another specialist and they found the issue in less than 30minutes. DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE. Recently diagnosed with kidney stones somewhere else. I waa reffered by my doc to this urologist. Two months to wait for an appointment. Once I get there the staff is so rushing. I wait an extra two hours. Once I see the doctor he barely looks at you or even talks to you. He dosen't listen to your concerns. He's almost a little grouchy old man. It takes 3 minutes and says ok you can go see you in a month. I stop him and let him know im in so much pain. He says drink water "GOODBYE".
