I am familiar with the staff at this office. They are all long term, loyal, dedicated and caring. I have gone to Dr Chou for my Mammography for the past 12 years.
Dr. Liens dropped my daughter as a patient because his staff said she missed three (3) appointments. Her first appointment was a couple months ago in January, she showed up on time and had to wait for about 20-30 mins only to have them tell her it was too late to get her in to see the doctor. In fairness, there was some delay in insurance preventing her from being helped, but she didn't miss the appointment regardless.
