Never a bad encounter. Dr. Jaakkola is knowledgeable and most of all he give you the impression he cares about your well being. He's patient and understanding and clearly explains your condition and the treatment plan. He's awesome.
Dr Jaakkola has an excellent bedside manner … he’s patient with questions and willing to explain in great detail (if requested) my upcoming surgery. I received his name from a doctor in Saint Simon’s Island who attests that Dr Jaakkola is the best foot surgeon in the entire state. His assistant, Madrena, could not have been more accommodating, positive and delightful. The entire staff earns an A+ and I am confident my surgical outcome will be good.

I just want to first thank My Lord and Savior for allowing Dr. Jaakkola to come across my path when I was dealing with my left foot a couple of years ago! This time around it is the right foot again, the decision was easy! Because I knew Dr. Jaakjola was there!!! He would be doing the procedure and handling the recovery process/treatment again.
