Just had a nuclear test today. Staff was pleasant and my tech Michael was outstanding. It’s a busy practice and you expect delays but not ounce you’re on the table waiting for the PA. The PA,Matt, let me sit on the table for almost 30 minutes. The tech, Mike apologized often but that table is not a lounge chair. When he finally appeared he was curt and never once apologized for the delay. His bedside manner needs a drastic overhaul He should realize his actions reflect on the entire pray.
