Our son is a patient here & has had expensive work done but also his regular cleanings. We came in for his cleaning appointment today but were told when got here that although they scheduled it, our insurance isn’t accepted by the dentist who works on Fridays!! I asked why the hygienist could not still clean his teeth since I had already taken off and drive 40 minutes to bring him, I was told I would need to pay out of pocket!! My kids and most of my friends kids have gone here for years..I've never had a problem .he is about the only dentist who don't scare kids.i arrived 30 minutes early one time and got in quick and out quick.im sorry others have had problems but so far I have not
I couldn't leave a zero so they got a1. Picked up our grandchildren from their school in Pleasant View and took them to this office for a 3:30 appointment. Traffic was horrible but I was relieved when we got there right on time. My wife and the girls went in and to my surprise came right back out. The staff told them because they were 3 minutes late they could not see them. They were not late.
I had an appointment and they made me wait for two hours after my time I not recommend this place!
