If I could use ZERO STARS I would. The doctor as well the staff are SUPER RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS . They cover for each other after they provide sub par services. I called last week to this location , I spoke to EMILY who was tremendously RUDE and unknowledgeable . I called to inquire about my benefits and what cost would be upon my visit, I was misquoted several times and after calling EMILY out on that , she got mad and HUNG UP ON ME ! Dr.Schaffer is the best Doctor ever! She listens and takes her time with her patients.
Doctors are difficult to reach if you have a serious concern. Supervisors unknown. Even the receptionist will give you a hard time.
