I recently had a referral to see Dr. Thompson after having some issues. I can not say enough great things about her and her office staff. They were so communicative from the very beginning up until my appointment, calling me multiple times to confirm and answer my questions. I'm so grateful for Dr. Thompson and her team! They were able to work me in (same day) as a new patient. I've been dealing with mastitis that turned into an abscess. She was so kind and was gentle with helping to drain it. It was very scary but she made the experience as best as it could have been! I think she is a Christian. Her office had Christian music and was very peaceful.
Wow! Just Wow! What an awesome doctor! Great bedside manner to the patient and family. Gives me hope in the medical profession.
Dr. Thompson immediately put me at ease during my first visit and I felt like I was receiving the best possible care with her. She carefully explained her findings and what to expect going forward, which helped put me at ease. The front desk staff and her nurse have all been very kind and caring at each visit, which I appreciated during this stressful time. Going forward I know that I will be in good hands with Dr Thompson and I highly recommend her for outstanding medical care.
