Dr. Hersh truly listens to you.. I went to her to discuss HRT for perimenopause not knowing that a few months later, an incidental finding would discover a mass in my ovary. She helped me through a tricky and stressful time finding an oncologist and navigating an oophorectomy. I appreciate her thoughtful and thorough manner and would recommend her to any woman I know!
My daughter and I have been seeing doctor Hersh for 10+ years. She is very personable, thorough and professional. She is kind and spends time explaining any concerns. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend her.
Sad that the office said Dr Hirsch would not see my 4 year old after reviewing her chart until next April (called in October). How can anyone in good conscience leave a symptomatic 4 year old with a worsening condition and in pain, to wait for over 6 months. Primary care office called and they wouldn't even return her call either.
Dr. Hersh is the best doctor I’ve ever had. So caring and genuine. I wish I could see her for all of my needs. A true professional and obviously loves her patients and her career.
With one interaction, did NOT like the reception call. She was aggressive, condescending and plain rude. She told me the Dr. won't even entertain seeing my child until we FAXED her all of the backup docs proving why she needs to be seen. Ok - fine, understood, can do that but do you not have a portal? I told her I don't have access to a fax machine she said I need to go to a library like who says that?
