To begin 1) Dr. Espinoza does not allow his patients to speak nor ask questions. He,in fact, speaks over his patients as if he's experiencing what the patient is. Learn to listen, Dr. Espinoza! This is one of the most important yet simple lessons you learn in med school. Medical records takes 2 or 3 days to return calls. Medical records is not helpful regarding questions about the Patient Portal system or other questions. Dr's staff is GREAT! With minor non critical exceptions, they are Awesome! My very low rating is due to the terrible MEDICAL RECORDS DEPT.
