I've been visiting Dr Jude's Practice the last few weeks (3 times). Every time I've needed an appointment on the day, I've managed to secure one with no problems by calling at 8am and joining a short call waiting list. Reception staff are friendly and kind. No real delays when attending appointments but the doctors and nurses have been fantastic, really warm, kind, thorough and reassuring.
