Very supportive desk staff and Ed always try to help doctors prompt in a timely manner
I recently noticed an inguinal hernia, which naturally made me quite worried. I expected it to be difficult to get an appointment at Dr Jude Practice, but I was pleasantly surprised. I called first thing in the morning, expecting a long wait or even to struggle to get through. However, my call was answered in less than five minutes at 8:10 AM. Reception 1/10 and doctors they don't do nothing honestly my 2 years old son had very very bad breathing and no sleep night time at all when we explain to Drs all they say nothing to worry about just make sure he drink enough water then took my son to entire different country for the problem he had it now sorted thank god I done it myself didn't listen to them and they're very helpless
Used to be really bad service but recently has improved can be tough at times to get appointment you just have to be really patient either fill a form at 8 or ring it constant or go straight into surgery. Dr Mira and nurse bonni are amazing the best they know what they are doing
