I highly recommend Dr Pico, takes his time, explaining lab results, or any questions I have. He will refer you to a specialist if you need one. I tell all my family members and friends, that he is a great doctor.

Dr. Pico paid very close attention to every concern I had and made me feel heard and respected. His office runs very efficiently and he was able to see me with no wait time both times I have gone in. He has lab work and x-rays ordered quickly and I was able to get everything done in one day. Very pleased with my decision to choose him.

Dr. Pico is truly someone that's concerned with all aspects of your health and carefully reviews all your information with you. Offers advice for things that may need attention later and ways to stay on track and in good health. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for outstanding treatment from a doctor and his staff.

Last week I had an appt set with Dr Pico that I had put in a month in advance. On the morning of my appt. while getting ready I get a call from office staff and by the way she was very understanding. She tells me that Dr Pico is not able to take me as new patient because current doctor I had was in his same organization. We had never heard such thing. So, it took a month to let me know on the day of appt. to cancel. Was very disappointed.

Dr. Juan Pico and his staff are an amazing team of medical care providers. I moved to San Antonio a couple of years ago and was lucky enough to find him and make him my primary care provider. It's not very often that you find a physician that treats you like a person and not just another patient or number.
