If you ever need an Urologist, never go to see this sarcastic and horrible doctor. My partner had an appointment with this person and he was inside a room for 3 hours. When he complained about it he said: “If you need an Express Urologist, go and find you”. This is unbelievable…. My partner was extremely polite and stayed with him until he finished. Run as far as you can from this practice! It is, by far, the worst care I have ever received from a medical professional in my life. From waiting hours past my appointment times, to the lack of communication and follow up, to a terrible bedside manner and the holier than thou attitude of the physicians assistant, Cindy, this months long experience has been stressful and horrific. November 2022 a day before my appt , I called office 2 times and confirmed appointment was told by 2 individuals just to show up and dont worry about my injection because it will be there in the office. Day of appointment 10Am. Hialeah Office Manager said they are backed up for 2 hours that whoever wants to reschedule can do so. Seen @12:05PM after 2 hours of waiting.
