I was deeply disappointed that this ICU doctor Dr. Lopetegui who pushed hospice so quickly after my mother was intubated and essentially gave up on her. We later brought her back from hospice to the ICU because we believed she was improving — and she did improve, recovered enough to go home, and had more meaningful time with family. I wish there had been more hope, patience, and willingness to continue treatment before steering us toward end-of-life care.

This office keeps cancelling appointments regardless of the patient condition... the doctors are never here and the staff is deplorable. And when you finally get an appointment, please show up an hour early, because they won't see you until an hour or 2 after your schedule appointment. If you can't act professionally and with respect to your patients and the public SHUT IT DOWN and dont keep embarrassing yourself.
