While his office staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, I experienced from the doctor only rudeness, sarcasm, and condescension. I felt humiliated, misunderstood, and literally ashamed to even be this ill. I was here for a follow-up visit for severe reflux, and he did nothing to treat me. I literally had to beg him for further testing. I won't be going back here again. Not recommended at all.
Office Staff and the Doctor is amazing. Polite, kind and professional.
I do not recommend him. I did not have any gastritis symptoms such as burning sensation or the likes, but still prescribed and told me to take ezomeprazole. A couple of months after taking this medication, I told him it was not helping me at all, instead it worsen my symptoms. He insisted I should take it. 10 months went by taking this medication and didn't help. I also asked for a copy of my medical records, never received them.
This Dr is rude, short, and doesn’t have the patience to listen to your complaints. Not only that, he is very unprofessional and wasn’t even in the office at a scheduled appt that I had. Go elsewhere if you want a good doctor. Office staff are great though.
Dr. Arguello is the best. Very kind, caring, and professional. Every time I go to the office I feel right at home. HIGHLY recommend!!!
