I went to the office expecting to see Dr. Del Toro. Instead I was given a Nurse Practitioner named Myreya Alberteris. She began the office visit giving me the test results for blood work done in May 2022. I was there on 12/26/2022 after an ER visit for a knee injury 12/20/22 & 12/25/22. She never addressed the knee injury She never gave me a prescription for the inflammation.
