The waiting room time is ridiculously long, but after my medical visit, I would wait 2x as long to see Dr. Kray. He is professional, detailed and most importantly, very thorough. It is his thoroughness with each patient that creates such a long wait time. My daughter has a multitude of allergies, most remained undetected by her previous allergist. Now, with Dr. Kray's guidance, my child and I are able to either avoid or mitigate, severe allergic reactions. I completely recommend Dr. Kray.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen for three years for asthma and allergies. The allergies were so bad that I broke out in a rash from just going outdoors. I had the scratch tests and found out I was very allergic to tree and grass pollens. I start getting injections. They helped me so much. I can now go outdoors and never get a rash. This has made my life so much more enjoyable. I can go on picnics and to b-b-q's and never have to worry about the unsightly rash and itching .

Front lady Michelle should not be working there . Horrible communication skills . Doctor and nurses are good and not much wait time from my experience.
