Gracias Odalys por tu servicio tan profesional , alegre y con muchas ganas de ayudarme (entiendan mi sarcasmo) por teléfono repitiéndome una y mil veces con un tono molestó en todo momento que la orden de laboratorio me la dieron en la oficina, a lo que le dije una y mil veces más que está bien si me la dieron solo necesitaba si me la podían enviar al email porque sinceramente no encontraba el documento como a cualquier persona en el mundo se le pudo haber perdido… a lo que total el email jamás me llegó. Called to schedule a Pap smear, left a voicemail, never received a call back.
I used to come to this office for so many years and I stopped going once they delivered my first born I had a horrible experience. Dr Narvaez was my dr for the longest he was supposed to deliver my son. He showed up to the hospital but he didn’t deliver him I had a random doctor I never met show up talking about shut up your too loud it’s not that serious!
