He takes time to listen. Not hear and go in one ear and out the other. He truly cares. As far as people complaining about waiting over the appointment time get over it. That is why he is a good doctor. He does not rush the patients to get to another one. He listens and does what he can to help. So if the wait time is longer than expected its only cause he cares about you. He does not rush. I have told others about him. Highly recommended. I don’t mind the wait. Best doctor i have ever seen
I’m very disappointed with the way Dr. Juan Carlos Garza’s office manages appointments. Every single visit, I’m left waiting in the exam room for over an hour past my scheduled time. This has happened consistently, not just once. It shows a lack of respect for patients’ time, and it’s extremely frustrating. I expect better professionalism and organization from a medical practice. Not returning as a patient after this appt.
Best Dr and staff in the world! His medical staff are great people ! This Dr will take care of people he’s caring and he attends to ones medical needs . I give him a 10 !
It's always the same person who answers my calls over the last few years and no matter what my questions or concerns are she refuses to leave my messages for the PA or Dr. She takes it upon herself to practice medicine and give me medical advice about my condition and my medications. It would be really great if I could get my messages to the actual doctor who is treating me. I'm not ok getting receiving decisions from the person who answers the phone!
