Lack of management, horrible management, horrible service. As I left walking out after waiting for two hours and told the girl I will reschedule all she did was say was OK. No, that is somewhere. I will never come back to.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They literally have the worst staff here and the Drs don’t even care. Especially their front desk staff they are SSSOOOO RUDE. I have witnessed them taking pleasure on how rude they can be to patients.

Amaya is the most thoughtful PA, empathetic and professional and direct/transparent…the staff otherwise is pretty much just the opposite. They sigh heavily when asked any questions, roll their eyes, are eating at the front desk usually, talking personal topics but if you interrupt its made clear you are not wanted there…phones are always having some issue with no voicemail or babies answering or someone picking up and not responding, I used to feel incredibly safe and cared for in the office but now it seems to be such a bur... read more

this office is horrible, I only kept them as my PCP because I was putting off finding a new one. I came in needing a referral for a broken toe and they never even sent it, so i've been out of work and unable to walk for almost a week now. I called multiple times and they just say they sent it, then when I call the referral office they say they never received anything. they don't even tell you how long it typically takes, nothing.
