God forbid you need a procedure at the Hialeah facility. Be prepared for a VERY LONG WAIT!!!!!!! They will repeatedly tell you that “you are next!”. Left in the end without my procedures. At 3 hours, my back couldn’t take the uncomfortable chairs anymore or the lack of communication from anyone at the practice. The ridiculous thing is that they had called me the previous day to ask me to come in earlier! Which I did at my inconvenience. No one from the office followed up with me about this. Would not recommend.

Well, my 2 physicians are very knowledgeable & caring professionals. Dr. Onix & his gentle assistant. But some of the working staff at the office where procedure is done, Need to be retraining in human relationship at the front desk area & the triage area remained me of a frustrated elementary teacher having a bad day.The rest of the staff prep are courteous & in a good mood.
