It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I've never felt more unsafe than I did in their care. They had absolutely no idea what they were doing, and I was nervous they were going to make a mistake. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional. I was so impressed with the tracking of the progress after visiting them. I feel more confident about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.
